Is it necessary to rent a car to explore the island?
A car is always recommended if you want to explore all corners of the island. Count on our help to know which rental companies have the best valuation among our guests.
What is the nearest airport?
For the apartments located in Santa Cruz, Tacoronte, La Quinta and Radazul, the nearest airport is TFN (Tenerife North – Los Rodeos).
However, most flights land on TFS (Tenerife South – Reina Sofía). Do not worry, this is usual. Write us and we will give you more details on how to get home.
Is it possible to use public transportation to and from the airport?
Yes. Both airports have bus service (here called guaguas).
The most common line from the south airport to the capital of the island is number 111.
The most common line from the north airport to the capital is number 20.

Do I have to bring the bedding?
No. All apartments are delivered with bed linen and towels. If your stay is longer than one week you will be provided with a second set of clothes.
Will I find a hair dryer in the apartment?
Yes. All our apartments have a hair dryer at your disposal.
Is there a coffee maker?
Yes, there will always be a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee maker and complimentary capsules for your first breakfast at home.
Is there an iron?
Yes, if what worries you is to always have impeccable clothes, have an iron in your home.
Is there a cleaning service?
No. If what you want is to have one or more cleanings during your stay, you can consult us and we will inform you of the additional costs without obligation.
Where can I see the full address of the apartment?
For security reasons we do not provide the exact address prior to a reservation, but you can rest assured that the street indicated on the map is correct. After confirming the reservation we will send you all the information.
When is my reservation confirmed?
The reservation is confirmed after making the payment. You will receive confirmation along with the full address of the apartment you have chosen.
Can I book through Airbnb?
Yes. Whenever you want you can book through Airbnb. Under each ad you will find a link that will take you to the Airbnb homepage. Follow the steps!
How do you check in?
We will always be waiting for you personally to welcome you, show you the apartment and give you the keys. It will be our opportunity to meet and give you some tips to make the most of your vacation 🙂
Do I have to register or deliver my personal data?
Yes. In accordance with the tourist law, upon arrival you must provide us with your personal data and sign a part of travelers that will be communicated to the authorities within 24 hours of your arrival. All your data will be stored correctly.
Does the final price include taxes?
Yes. All taxes are included in the price indicated. Do not worry, you will not have surprises.
What can I expect if I travel with my child up to 2 years old?
The little ones always give joy to a home and that is why we want them to also enjoy their stay with us. You will find cot, high chair and small bathtub. Do not hesitate to write to us if you need anything else!
